Today we completed this fun Coach purse cake. It’s a birthday cake that will be delivered as a surprise tomorrow. It will be accompanied with 2 dozen red velvet cupcakes…yum! I hope Dar-lyn of Pinellas Park, Fl, enjoys them.

I had a product photo shoot last Sunday, and it went amazing. I have to thank everyone that spent all day helping me make it a success. My amazing photographer, Rommel Shanchez (check him out at www.praisephoto.com. He is great!!!). Tonya Crocker, Tiffany Bunch and Rachel Gilley  for hair and makeup! And my wonderful models Anna, Christina, Danielle, Monica, Angela, Rachel!!! I will be posting the photos as soon as I get them, but here is a little preview.

I have finally set the date for my Official Launch Party and Tasting. It will be at NOVA 535 in St. Petersburg, FL on March 25. All of my yummy desserts will be out on display, and of course, tempting each and every one of you to try as many as you would like!  If you have not had the chance to try my delicious sweets, this will be a great opportunity for you and your friends.
